It is my honor to be part of the College of Science community! As a Professor and Chair of Psychology, supporting students and helping them navigate their university and post-graduation careers has been a deeply fulfilling part of my own career. I received my BS in Biology-Psychology from the University of New Brunswick, my MS in Behavioral Neuroscience from Memorial University of Newfoundland, and my Ph.D. in Psychology from Cardiff University. In my view as an educator, the goal is always to instill a passion for lifelong learning, to develop students into discerning consumers of information, and to prepare them to make meaningful contributions to their communities. I’m excited to continue supporting this aim more broadly for the College in the role of Interim Associate Dean for Student success.
