Facilities Development & Operations (FD&O) is responsible for planning, designing, constructing, maintaining, and operating campus facilities. FD&O has about 130 employees, including student assistants, and an annual operating budget of over $11 million. We are responsible for two campuses, with over 2.1 million square feet of space on approximately 748 acres.
