Students completing a University Thesis submit for format review by the deadlines for the semester in which they intend to graduate. These are firm: missing them delays graduation. Students completing a Departmental Thesis or Capstone Project don't submit for review by the Office of Graduate Studies, since their department determines the format, but they do submit an electronic copy to the Library for ScholarWorks.
