SCAA Schedules

Summer Tutoring Available through NetTutor

SCAA services delivered by Peer Tutors and Peer Academic Coaches will resume in August. From May 10th to August 24th, CSUEB students can access tutoring through NetTutor.

SCAA Schedules - Fall 2025

Schedule 1:1 coaching appointments with a SCAA Peer Academic Coach through the SCAA's Nimbus Learning scheduling app: download the or visit the . 

During the Fall and Spring semesters, SCAA Peer Academic Coaches are available for appointments throughout the week during the following timeframes:

  • Mondays - Thursdays: 10am-7pm (5-7pm online appointments only)
  • Fridays: 12pm-4pm

Same-day appointments are an option. If available appointments in the system do not match your availability, we encourage you to contact us at SCAA@csueastbay.edu.

Schedule a one-hour, 1:1 appointment with a SCAA Subject Tutor through the SCAA's Nimbus Learning scheduling app: download the or visit the . We support an array of courses across the curriculum.

During the Fall and Spring semesters, SCAA Writing Tutors are available for appointments throughout the week during the following timeframes:

  • Mondays - Thursdays: 10am-7pm (5-7pm online appointments only)
  • Fridays: 12pm-4pm

Register for upcoming group study sessions with a SCAA SI Leader through the SCAA's Nimbus Learning scheduling app: download the or visit the . We support an array of courses across the curriculum:

  • Accounting (ACCT 210, 215, 311 & 312)
  • Biological Sciences (BIOL 310)
  • Chemistry (CHEM 111, 112 & 331)
  • Mathematics (MATH 131)
  • Speech, Language & Hearing Sciences (SLHS 303)

Please contact us at SCAA@csueastbay.edu with a description of the support you are looking for. We also encourage you to stop by the SCAA (CORE Building, Room 343) and speak to a Front Desk Team Member in-person. The Front Desk Team is staffed Monday through Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm.
