Past Recipients

  • The Dianne Rush Woods Scholarship is in honor of Professor Emerita Dianne Rush Woods, our program co-founder. This scholarship is awarded to a currently enrolled CSUEB Master of Social Work student. 

  • The Kevin Burnside Memorial Scholarship is in loving memory of our distinguished alum who unexpectedly passed in 2023. This scholarship is awarded to a current CSUEB Master of Social Work student. 

  • The Isabel-Yanez Scholarship fund is in memory of Professor Isabel S. Perez-Yanez. This fund will provide an annual scholarship of $1,000 to an MSW student dedicated to working and teaching in the field of drug and alcohol addictions with minority and underserved populations.
